At TruEdge Sports, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants in our youth sports camps. Due to the nature of our events and the advanced planning involved, all sales are final. This means that once online registration is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, injuries, travel restrictions, family conflicts, and school conflicts. 

Tickets for the TruEdge Sports Youth Camp Series are non-transferable. Transfers to another participant will only be permitted with prior approval from TruEdge Sports management. To request a transfer, the original ticket holder must contact TruEdge Sports in advance of the event for consideration.

If the transfer is approved, the new participant must complete and sign a new waiver prior to attending the camp. Without a signed waiver and proper approval from management, the transfer will not be valid, and the new participant will not be allowed to attend.

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather-related cancellations or other emergencies, TruEdge Sports will make every effort to reschedule the camp. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be distributed to families.
