At TruEdge Sports, our goal is to provide a memorable and positive camp experience for every participant. Each camp requires significant advance planning, staffing, and contractual commitments. For this reason, all registrations are considered final once online registration is completed. Registrations are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of illness, injury, travel restrictions, school or family conflicts, or other personal reasons a participant may be unable to attend. When purchasing a general admission ticket, families have the option to add insurance from our partner Allianz, which provides coverage for camp attendees in the event of medical injuries.

 

We do, however, understand that unexpected situations can arise. In rare cases, refunds or credits may be considered if a camp is interrupted due to weather, facility issues, changes in the professional obligations of the athlete, or other unforeseen circumstances. If 50% or more of the camp has been completed, the event will be considered fulfilled, and TruEdge Sports will not issue refunds, credits, or be obligated to reschedule. TruEdge Sports will carefully review any requests and reserves the right to make the final decision.

In the unlikely event that TruEdge Sports must fully reschedule a camp due to weather, force majeure, or changes in the professional obligations of the featured athlete, all paid registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled camp. Rescheduled events may involve a new date, time, location, or athlete. In these cases, credits apply only to the rescheduled event, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

 

Please note that each registration is tied to the individual participant who completed the online registration process. For fairness and safety, substituting another participant in place of a registered attendee is not permitted.
