FAQ

  • Do parents need to purchase tickets to camp?
No. Only campers need tickets to attend camp. Parents and family members of campers do not need to purchase tickets to attend and spectate.
  • Is camp only for certain positions?
Camp is open to all positions. Our camp model provides a wide range of drills designed to build upon your athlete's skills regardless of position. Your camper should expect to be coached through a series of agility drills, football-specific movements, and combine testing drills.
  • Can parents stay to spectate the camp?
Yes absolutely. While parents are not required to stay at camp we highly encourage parents and family members to stay and spectate.
  • How will I get photos from the event?
A link to all photos will be emailed to the email address that registered the camper. From there, you will be able to sort by photo type and scroll through to find the pictures of your camper. Additionally, the link to all camp photos will also be under the ‘Gallery’ tab on this website.
  • What is the Company’s refund policy?
While we are determined to ensure every camper has a memorable experience, we also understand that some things can not be foreseen. Therefore, full refunds will be honored for cancellations made with valid reasoning up to 7 days after purchase of camp at TruEdge's discretion. Also, no refunds will be issued once the registration process has officially commenced.
  • What if weather becomes an issue?
At TruEdge Sports, our events operate whether rain or shine. However, the safety of our campers, staff, and spectators is of our utmost importance. We will always defer to facility staff and administrators for clearance before resuming or discontinuing camp activities. In the event that camp must be suspended, we will have an inclement weather plan where the event could transition indoors or there be a time delay.
  • If there is a weather delay (i.e. 30 minute lightning delay) will camp still end at the original time?
No! We believe that all customers and campers deserve the allotted time that was published. Camp will be extended however long the event is delayed.
  • What time does camp start?
One camp session lasts for four hours (240 minutes). The first hour of camp is for registration, organization, and pictures. The last three hours are for on-field drills, activities, and competitions.
  • Can we set up on or near the field?
For the safety of campers and our staff we ask politely that all spectators of camp be set up outside the area where drills and activities are being facilitated. While every facility is different, this typically means in the bleachers, outside the fenced field, or areas surrounding the designated drill area. We encourage families to research the facility prior to camp in order to determine if foldable chairs will be necessary to bring.
  • What about autographs?
Every camper will receive a signed camp-exclusive item (limit 1 per registered camper).
  • What if I want more than just one autograph?
Additional signed camp-exclusive items can be purchased after the completion of registration on camp-day, but those will be the only signed items at the event.
  • Can I bring personal items to get signed?
We will not do an autograph session before, during, or after the camp. In the best interest of time and fairness to other campers, the athlete will not be signing any personal or additional items.
  • What are the consequences of violating camp rules?
Violation of camp rules can and will result in removal from the event with no refund.
  • Why does the price of camp change?
The price of camp is subject to change based off of availability. Buy your ticket before they sell out!
